Alvin Briggs Named Executive Director of AHSAA

Today, the currently associated executive director Alvin Briggs was named the new executive director of the Alabama High School Athletic Association. Briggs is taking over from the current Executive Director Steve Savaress who has been the director for 15 years. I have had a chance to deal with Mr. Briggs over the years at different AHSAA events and he is one great guy. Looking forward to seeing & working with him as Executive Director of AHSAA in July 2021.
