In addition to the money raised, Alabama State Trooper Helicopter flew in at half-time of the Varsity Girls soccer game to make a presentation to the McClendon family. Alabama State Troopers, ALEA Pilot Jeron Peak and Trooper Wayne Barlow flew to hand off a jersey off to Maddie’s dad. Mark McClendon, Maddie’s father, accepted the gift from the State Trooper.
